1収集する情報

CalmQuake（以下「本アプリ」）は、Apple Watchを通じて以下のデータを利用します。

• 心拍数：HKWorkoutSession を利用して監視セッション中のリアルタイム心拍数を読み取ります。HealthKit データはサーバーに送信されず、端末内およびiCloudにのみ保存されます。
• 加速度センサーデータ：手首の動きの落ち着きのなさスコアを算出するためにデバイス上でのみ処理されます。

2HealthKit の利用目的

取得した心拍数データは、感情的なストレスの予兆スコアをリアルタイムで算出するためにのみ使用されます。本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断・治療を目的とするものではありません。

HealthKit データは広告・マーケティング目的で使用することはありません。

3データの保存と共有

すべてのセッション記録とアラート履歴は、お使いのiPhoneとApple Watch上にローカルで保存されます（Apple Watch → iPhone 間の同期はWatchConnectivityを使用）。

本アプリは個人データを第三者に販売・提供しません。

4第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.）：クラッシュレポートとエラー監視のために使用されます。クラッシュ時のデバイス情報（モデル、OSバージョン等）が送信される場合があります。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
• Apple StoreKit 2：月額・年額サブスクリプション（CalmQuake Pro）の購入処理に使用されます。支払い情報はAppleが管理し、当社は収集しません。

5子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の個人情報を収集しません。

6ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更が生じた場合は、このページを通じてお知らせします。定期的にご確認いただくことをお勧めします。

1Information We Access

CalmQuake ("the App") accesses the following data through Apple Watch:

• Heart Rate: Read in real time during an active monitoring session via HKWorkoutSession. HealthKit data is never transmitted to external servers — it remains on-device and in iCloud only.
• Accelerometer Data: Processed entirely on-device to compute a wrist restlessness score. Raw motion data is never stored or transmitted.

2Purpose of HealthKit Usage

Heart rate data is used solely to compute a real-time emotional stress precursor score. This App is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment.

HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

3Data Storage and Sharing

All session records and alert history are stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch (synced between devices via WatchConnectivity). No personal data is shared with or sold to third parties.

4Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): Used for crash reporting and error monitoring. Device information (model, OS version, etc.) may be sent in the event of a crash. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Apple StoreKit 2: Used to process subscription purchases (CalmQuake Pro monthly/yearly). Payment information is managed by Apple; we do not collect it.

5Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

6Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by updating this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
