This Privacy Policy describes how Chaos ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application Chaos ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Username, email address, and password (stored hashed).
• Profile Information: Optional bio you add to your profile.
• Mission Content: Missions you create, completion notes, and photos you upload.
• Usage Data: Missions completed, streak counts, reactions, and activity.
• Device Information: Device type and OS, used for analytics and error reporting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App (mission assignment, completion tracking, social feed).
• To personalize your experience and calculate your activity streak.
• To moderate mission content using AI to ensure community guidelines are met.
• To improve the App through aggregated analytics and error reporting.

3. Photos and User-Generated Content

When you complete a mission with a photo, your photo is uploaded to our secure storage. Completion photos may be displayed in the public feed visible to other users. Missions you create are shared anonymously.

4. AI Content Moderation

Mission text is reviewed by an automated AI system to ensure compliance with community guidelines. No human reads your content unless a report is escalated.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help us operate the App, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. You may request account deletion by contacting us; we will delete your personal information within 30 days.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Your Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you by updating the date at the top.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Chaos app: go to Profile → Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, please email us at app.develop.sk@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request - Chaos". We will delete your data within 30 days.
