Overview

DailyDuel ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

No account required. You can play DailyDuel without creating an account or providing any personal information.

Information We Collect

Guest Mode (Default)

• Device ID: A randomly generated anonymous identifier stored on your device. This is used to save your scores, streaks, and ratings — no personal data is attached.
• Game data: Scores, challenge results, streak counts, and rating history.

Account (Optional — for device transfer only)

• Email address: Only if you choose to link via email for device transfer.
• Apple ID / Google ID: Only if you choose to link your Apple or Google account.
• Display name: Optional name shown on global rankings.
• Country code: Optional, used for country-based rankings.

How We Use Your Information

• To display your scores, streaks, and ratings in the app
• To generate global and daily leaderboards
• To enable device transfer when you link an account
• To deliver the daily challenge at midnight (local time)

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

Advertising

DailyDuel displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Analytics & Error Monitoring

We use Sentry for crash reporting and performance monitoring. Sentry collects anonymous crash logs and device information to help us fix bugs.

Data Retention

• Guest data: Retained as long as the app is installed. Deleted if you uninstall the app or clear app data.
• Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
• You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

DailyDuel is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

• Access: You may request a copy of your data.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and data.
• Correction: You may update your display name at any time in the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
