By downloading or using DatePilot, you agree to these Terms of Use. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the developer of DatePilot.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use DatePilot on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
DatePilot offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
You agree to use DatePilot only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
DatePilot uses AI to provide dating coaching suggestions. These are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional relationship advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
