1Information We Collect

Debate Me ("the App") collects the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• Device ID: A randomly generated UUID stored on your device. This is used solely to identify your session and track your debate history. It is never linked to your real identity.
• Debate history: Topics you have debated, positions taken, and outcomes are stored locally on your device.
• Scores and statistics: Your win/loss record and debate performance metrics.

We do not collect: name, email, phone number, physical location, IP address (beyond standard server logs), or any personally identifiable information.

2How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• Providing AI-powered debate experiences
• Tracking your debate history and progress
• Calculating and displaying scores and statistics
• Improving app quality and performance

3Advertising

Debate Me displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain device information to serve relevant ads. On iOS, we request your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before any ad-related tracking occurs.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

4Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use the following third-party services to improve app quality:

• Firebase Analytics: Used for anonymous app usage analytics (e.g., which screens are visited most, feature usage patterns).
• Sentry: Used for crash reporting and error monitoring to improve app stability.

Both services collect anonymous, non-personally-identifiable technical data such as device type, OS version, and app version.

5AI Processing

Debate Me uses AI to generate debate responses and evaluate arguments. Your debate input is sent to our server for AI processing in real time.

6Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with:

• Google AdMob: For serving advertisements (subject to your ATT consent on iOS)
• Firebase Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics
• Sentry: For anonymous crash and error reporting

7Data Retention

Debate history and scores are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will remove all local data. Server-side data is minimal and limited to anonymous analytics data collected by third-party services as described above.

8Children's Privacy

Debate Me is rated 4+ and does not contain user-generated content or offensive material. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal information is collected from any user, the App is compliant with applicable children's privacy regulations.

9Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission between the App and our servers. No payment information is collected or stored by the App. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect our infrastructure.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1収集する情報

Debate Me（以下「本アプリ」）は、サービス提供に必要な最小限の情報のみを収集します。

• デバイスID：端末上で自動生成されるランダムなUUIDです。セッションの識別とディベート履歴の管理にのみ使用され、実際の身元とは紐付けられません。
• ディベート履歴：ディベートしたトピック、選択した立場、結果はお使いの端末にローカル保存されます。
• スコアと統計：勝敗記録やディベートのパフォーマンス指標。

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、IPアドレス（標準的なサーバーログを除く）、その他の個人を特定できる情報は一切収集しません。

2情報の利用目的

収集した情報は以下の目的のみに使用します。

• AIを活用したディベート体験の提供
• ディベート履歴と進捗の管理
• スコアと統計の算出・表示
• アプリの品質とパフォーマンスの改善

3広告について

本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示します。AdMobは関連性の高い広告を配信するために、一定のデバイス情報を収集する場合があります。iOSでは、広告関連のトラッキングを行う前にApp Tracking Transparency (ATT)を通じてお客様の許可を求めます。

4アナリティクスとクラッシュレポート

アプリの品質向上のため、以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Firebase Analytics：匿名のアプリ利用状況分析（画面の訪問数、機能の使用パターンなど）に使用されます。
• Sentry：アプリの安定性向上のためのクラッシュレポートおよびエラー監視に使用されます。

いずれのサービスも、デバイスの種類、OSバージョン、アプリバージョンなど、匿名かつ個人を特定できない技術データのみを収集します。

5AI処理について

本アプリはAIを使用してディベートの応答を生成し、議論を評価します。お客様のディベート入力はリアルタイムでサーバーに送信され、AI処理されます。

6データの共有

お客様の個人データをマーケティング目的で第三者に販売、貸与、共有することは一切ありません。データは以下のサービスとのみ共有されます。

• Google AdMob：広告配信のため（iOSではATTの同意に基づく）
• Firebase Analytics：匿名の利用状況分析のため
• Sentry：匿名のクラッシュ・エラーレポートのため

7データの保管

ディベート履歴とスコアはお使いの端末にローカル保存されます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのローカルデータが削除されます。サーバー側のデータは最小限であり、上記の第三者サービスによって収集される匿名のアナリティクスデータに限定されます。

8お子様のプライバシー

Debate Meは4+（全年齢対象）に設定されており、ユーザー生成コンテンツや不適切なコンテンツは含まれません。お子様の個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。すべてのユーザーから個人情報を収集しないため、本アプリは児童のプライバシーに関する適用法規に準拠しています。

9セキュリティ

本アプリとサーバー間のすべてのデータ通信にはHTTPS暗号化を使用しています。本アプリでは決済情報の収集・保存は行いません。業界標準のセキュリティ対策を講じてインフラストラクチャを保護しています。

10ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。変更はこのページの上部にある「最終更新日」に反映されます。アプリの継続使用をもって、更新されたポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
