This Privacy Policy explains how Instant Judge ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Instant Judge mobile application.

Instant Judge is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require account registration, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. Your identity is represented only by an anonymous device ID generated on your device. You are completely anonymous to other users.
Instant Judge uses the following third-party services that may collect data:
Posts, votes, and comments you create are stored on our servers until you delete them or until they are removed for violating our content policy. Crash reports are retained for 90 days.
Users can report posts or comments that violate our community guidelines. Posts with a high number of reports may be automatically hidden pending review. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
Instant Judge is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and secure server storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Instant Judge（以下「当社」）が、Instant Judgeモバイルアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に際して収集する情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリはプライバシーを重視した設計となっています。アカウント登録・メールアドレス・個人を特定できる情報は一切必要ありません。お客様の身元は、デバイス上で生成された匿名のIDによってのみ表されます。他のユーザーからは完全に匿名です。
投稿・投票・コメントは、削除されるかコンテンツポリシー違反により削除されるまでサーバーに保存されます。クラッシュレポートは90日間保存されます。
ユーザーはガイドライン違反の投稿・コメントを通報できます。多数の通報を受けた投稿は自動的に非表示になる場合があります。当社はポリシーに違反するコンテンツを削除する権利を有します。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。万が一13歳未満の方から情報を受け取った場合、速やかに削除します。
HTTPS通信や安全なサーバー保管など、業界標準のセキュリティ対策を講じています。ただし、インターネット経由の情報伝達が完全に安全であることは保証できません。

Instant Judgeは現状のまま提供されます。サービスの中断・データ損失について当社は責任を負いません。コミュニティの判定結果は娯楽目的のものであり、法的・専門的なアドバイスを構成するものではありません。
