Melt – Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Melt, you agree to these Terms of Use. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and the developer of Melt.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Melt. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Melt on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

Melt offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

You agree to use Melt only for lawful purposes. You must not:

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms. Users can report and block other users within the app.

6. Disclaimer

Melt is a social platform for meeting new people. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the app. We do not conduct background checks on users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any interactions with other users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
