Nearo（以下「本アプリ」）は、関係性ごとの位置情報共有サービスを提供するために以下の情報を収集します。

• アカウント情報：表示名、プロフィール画像（任意）
• 位置情報：GPS座標（精度は関係設定により変動。家族＝精確、友達＝エリア単位）
• 友人関係：接続した友人・家族のUID、関係タイプ（家族／親友／友達）
• ステータス情報：現在のステータス（空き、移動中、忙しいなど）とコメント
• メッセージ：「出かける？」などの定型クイックメッセージ
• デバイス情報：プッシュ通知トークン
• 利用状況：Firebase Analyticsによるアプリ利用統計

2情報の利用目的

• 関係タイプに応じた精度での位置情報共有（精確／近く／エリア単位）
• ステータス表示と更新通知
• 友人への定型メッセージ送信
• 一時的な位置情報共有リクエストの管理
• アプリのパフォーマンス改善とバグ修正
• 不正利用の検出と防止

3位置情報の取り扱い

本アプリは位置情報共有機能のために位置情報を使用します。

• 位置情報はフォアグラウンド使用中に取得されます
• 共有精度は関係タイプごとに設定可能です（精確・近く・エリア・非公開）
• 「非公開」設定の相手には位置情報は一切送信されません
• ナイトモード設定中は位置情報の共有が制限されます

4第三者サービス

本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

• Firebase（Google LLC）：認証、データ保存（Firestore）、アプリ分析（Firebase Analytics）、クラッシュレポート（Crashlytics）
• Sentry：エラー監視・パフォーマンス計測
• Apple Push Notification Service（APNs）：プッシュ通知の配信

5データの保管と削除

ユーザーデータはFirebase（Google Cloud）のセキュアなサーバーに保管されます。アカウントを削除すると、プロフィール情報・位置情報・メッセージ・友人関係を含むすべてのデータが削除されます。

データの削除を希望される場合は、メールにてお問い合わせください。

6セキュリティ

通信はHTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています。Firebase App Checkによりデバイスの正当性を確認しています。Firestoreのセキュリティルールにより、自分と許可した友人のみがデータにアクセスできます。

7ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更が生じた場合は、このページを通じてお知らせします。

1Information We Collect

Nearo ("the App") collects the following information to provide its relationship-based location sharing service.

• Account information: Display name, profile photo (optional)
• Location data: GPS coordinates (precision varies by relationship — Family = precise, Friends = area-level)
• Relationships: Connected friends/family UIDs and relationship types (Family / Close Friends / Friends)
• Status information: Current status (Free, Moving, Busy, etc.) and comment
• Messages: Canned quick messages (e.g., "Wanna hang out?")
• Device information: Push notification tokens
• Usage data: App usage statistics via Firebase Analytics

2How We Use Information

• Sharing your location at the appropriate precision based on relationship type (Precise / Nearby / Area)
• Displaying and updating status information
• Sending quick messages to friends
• Managing temporary precise location share requests
• Improving app performance and fixing bugs
• Detecting and preventing abuse

3Location Data

The App uses location data to power its location sharing features.

• Location is accessed while the app is in use (foreground)
• Sharing precision is configurable per relationship (Precise / Nearby / Area / Hidden)
• Contacts set to "Hidden" receive no location data whatsoever
• Night mode limits location sharing during nighttime hours

4Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services.

• Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, data storage (Firestore), analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash reporting (Crashlytics)
• Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracking
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): Push notification delivery

5Data Retention and Deletion

User data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) secure servers. Deleting your account removes all associated data including profile information, location data, messages, and friend relationships.

6Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (TLS). Device integrity is verified using Firebase App Check. Firestore security rules ensure only you and your authorized friends can access your data.

7Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via this page.
