NODO ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier stored on your device to save your progress. This is not linked to your personal identity.
• Username: Optional display name you choose. Not required to play.
• Gameplay data: Puzzle solve times, battle history, and daily streaks for leaderboard and stats features.
• Country code: Optional, used for country-based leaderboards. Not precise location data.

Advertising

NODO uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device information and use it to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Data Storage

Your device ID and gameplay data are stored on our secure servers. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or for the operation of the app (e.g., AdMob).

Children's Privacy

NODO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the NODO app: go to Profile → Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, please email us at app.develop.sk@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request - NODO" and your registered device information. We will delete your data within 30 days.

データの保管

デバイスIDおよびゲームプレイデータは当社の安全なサーバーに保管されます。法令により要求される場合またはアプリの運営に必要な場合（AdMob等）を除き、第三者にデータを販売・共有することはありません。

お子様のプライバシー

NODOは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。当社は意図的にお子様から個人情報を収集しません。

アカウントの削除

NODOアプリ内から直接アカウントとすべての関連データを削除できます：プロフィール → アカウントを削除。

アプリにアクセスできなくなった場合は、件名「Account Deletion Request - NODO」にて app.develop.sk@gmail.com までご連絡ください。30日以内にデータを削除します。
