1. Information We Collect

Rank My Day is designed with privacy in mind. All your daily ratings and comments are stored locally on your device using Hive database. We do not have access to this data.

We collect the minimum information necessary:

Analytics data — anonymous app usage statistics via Firebase Analytics (screen views, feature usage). No personal data is included.
Crash reports — anonymous crash logs via Sentry to help us fix bugs. These contain device model and OS version, but no personal information.
Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to serve ads (free version only). You can opt out via iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.

We do not collect: name, email, phone number, location, or the content of your ratings and comments.

2. How We Use Your Information

Improve app performance and fix bugs (crash reports)
Understand feature usage to improve the app (analytics)
Display relevant advertisements (free version only)

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

All your daily ratings, scores, and comments are stored exclusively on your device. If you delete the app, this data will be permanently lost. We do not back up your data to any server.

5. In-App Purchases

Premium features are available via Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Rank My Day is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Security

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, your data security depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using a passcode or biometric lock on your device.

8. Your Rights

You can delete all your data at any time from the app's Settings screen. Since data is stored locally, deletion is immediate and permanent.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
