This Privacy Policy describes how DatePilot ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application DatePilot - AI Dating Coach ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

Preferences: Gender, dating goals, preferred dating apps, and region you provide during onboarding to personalize AI coaching.
Conversation Data: Text you paste for analysis (processed by our AI and not stored permanently).
Usage Data: Number of analyses performed, stored locally on your device.
Device Information: Device type and OS version, used for analytics and error reporting via Sentry.
Advertising Data: With your permission (ATT), an advertising identifier may be used to show personalized ads via Google AdMob.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide AI-powered dating coaching and conversation analysis.
To personalize app features based on your preferences.
To improve app performance and fix bugs via Sentry error reporting.
To display advertisements (with your consent).

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

DatePilot offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and one-time credit packs. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Data Sharing

AI Processing: Conversation text is sent to our backend for AI analysis. We do not sell this data.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics and Sentry receive anonymized usage data.
Advertising: Google AdMob may receive advertising identifiers with your consent.

5. Data Retention

Analysis history is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time from the app's settings. We do not retain conversation data on our servers beyond the time needed to generate the AI response.

6. Children's Privacy

DatePilot is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at app.develop.sk@gmail.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
